When we heard the word RUKHSAT first thing which comes to our minds is MARRIAGE AND DEATH but what I feel there are more to it:

You first RUKHSAT from your school: Your second RUKHSAT is from your college Your third RUKHSAT is from your parents house (MARRIAGE) Your fourth RUKHSAT is from your JOB (RETIREMENT). AND Last RUKHSAT is from this world (DEATH).

I will write on this topic in detail on some other, today I will only write about the RUKHSAT of young Tr. doctor of RG KAR HOSPITAL, KOLKATA

RUKHSAT is a unique journey which starts from birth and ends with its final destination called DEATH. BIRTH MEANS LIFE, even today every life is not being celebrated, specially a girl child!

Birth is followed by childhood, adolescence, adulthood and old age and your first FIRST RUKHSAT is from your school and your second RUKHSAT is FROM YOUR COLLEGE, college is a symbol of your growth as a person of the future? RUKHSAT'S are not always normal, some DEPARTURES are very very painful which are caused due to ragging, casteism, religious hatred and due to rape, the recent rape incident which happened in RG KAR HOSPITAL, Kolkata, shook the whole Nation by storm and the entire country is in shock and mourning the death of 31 years old young Tr. lady doctor! The way she was raped and killed is so so horrifying and tragic that we all are so deeply disturbed and sad!

The people who are involved in this heinous crime are definitely not humans, they are Kalank to the society, by committing this crime they have not killed the lady doctor, her parents also died while alive along with the doctor, her parents will never recover from this horrible tragedy and their wounds will never be healed till they die!

How many more Nirbahya and Abhaya will be killed by these criminals under the patronage of their masters!

A girl who has so many dreams, aspirations and ambitions to become a successful doctor must be sacrificed so many things in her 31 years of life, may be she did not sleep well for days because of her tough medical STUDIES but these monsters are the ones who made her sleep permanently, her RUKHSAT from this world at such an early age is so so painful, tragic and heartbreaking that it is hard to believe that she was born to die like this!

We all should be ashamed of ourselves for not being able to create a decent society! In our society women are still hounded and abused by men almost every single day, sad but true!

Let's pray for all the Nirbahya and Abhayas whose voices were not heard and crushed and sound of their siskiya are still being heard by their loved ones!
